When will the "Date modified" be updated?

If I sync an updated file from my computer to the Web CloudMe folder the file is synced but the "Date modified" is not changed.
Why?

It seems like the "Date modified" is the date when the file was first uploaded.
How can I be sure that this is the absolute latest synced version of the file?
Why isn´t it a version date or sync date there?

Yes, it is the creation date. After further reviewing this, we will fix this and show the modified date. We got it mixed up when doing a fix for photos.

Since we just did a release, next one will be in early August.
