Topic: Can't use CloudMe API in Win 10 Universal App development

Hi,

I want to report a bug in CloudMe authentication API and need your help.

We used CloudMe API to let user login in CloudMe in our Metro App. Right now, we are developing a Universal APP in Win 10, which also links CloudMe. However, we can't use CloudMe API in Universal App just as Metro APP.

We found the reason is that we use Network Credentials method to login CloudMe. Network Credentials uses the HttpWebRequest class from a .NET framework, however Win 10 doesn't support this class in Universal Windows Platform. It is an issue known in Win 10 develop. Here is a detailed statement:
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/9e137127-e0e5-4aec-a7a9-d66f5b84c70b/rtm-known-issue-systemnethttphttpclient-or-httpwebrequest-class-usage-in-a-uwp-app-throws-a?forum=Win10SDKToolsIssues

So I wonder whether CloudMe will update the authentication API to meet the change in Win 10? We are developing Universal APP and it will link CloudMe. So we really want it support CloudMe login. Please have a look and tell me your replies. Thank you very much.
