Topic: does not answer me - does it answer to anyone??


I have trouble with contacting the cloudme support. I have another account, which password I forgot. So, I have tried several times to get a password recovery email, but it does not arrive (not in the spam folder either). I have tried to get my account deleted by the advice given in FAQ - but do not get the email for that either. As a result, I have tried to contact, but don't get any answer (used also my other email address to do it in case there was something wrong with the first one). I had to delete my payment from the Paypal, as I had bought extra space from Cloudme (I really will not pay for a service which does not work as promised). So, now I am asking is there anyone taking care of the Cloudme support at all??
